Reviews and Ratings
I had a delightful stay at the hotel. The rooms were very clean and spacious, with high ceilings and a beautiful view of the Castle. I especially loved finding a welcome letter from the GM and a plate of their delicious homemade cookies. However, it was a bit of a letdown that the rooms were facing another building about 40 meters away.
I had an amazing stay at this hotel with magnificent views of the castle. The service was exceptional, with the staff being very helpful and even surprising us with an upgrade to the executive suite. The location was perfect, right next to metro and tram stops, allowing for easy access to explore the beautiful city of Prague. The dining experience was delightful, with delicious options and a homey feeling. Overall, a top-notch experience with great value for money.
The hotel rooms had ample space, a huge bed, and were nicely decorated. The breakfast provided in the mornings was delightful, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the request for direct sun exposure was left undone, only because we left at 2 pm and left a sign of 'make up my room'.
The hotel is located conveniently close to all major attractions, offering a perfect blend of modern comfort and friendly, professional service. Although the dining experience was lovely, there were minor issues with room service being overlooked due to late check-out times. The great location and delightful garden area make it a fantastic choice for a relaxing stay in the heart of the city.
My stay at the hotel was lovely! The room was very clean and quiet when the windows were closed, and I enjoyed the nice, spacious, and clean layout. A beautiful view of the Castle added a special touch, and I loved the welcome letter from the GM and the plate of homemade cookies. The service was amazing; the staff was friendly and welcoming. The great patio garden was a perfect spot to relax in silence, and I even got invited to their film night in the courtyard. The location was perfect, very close to all the main attractions in Prague, with fabulous views of the castle and the Charles Bridge. The dining experience offered a variety of options including scrambled eggs, baked beans, bacon, and more, though it could have been better for vegetarians. Overall, a wonderful stay.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms exceeded my expectations, offering a good shower with plenty of hot water, although they faced the street so light sleepers might be bothered by the tram sounds. The service was exceptional, with helpful, friendly, and professional staff who kindly arranged taxis and printed our boarding passes. The location couldn't have been better, just a short walk from the center and near major transportation hubs. Dining was great overall, and the facilities were fantastic.
